SAFE JOB SITES ARE OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

Kirila Contractors is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all of our team members, sub-contractors, and clients. Safety is our number one priority, and we believe all accidents are preventable. Therefore, we are committed to making every effort  to prevent accidents and comply with all established safety and health laws and regulations.

In an effort to ensure these principles we:

  • Contracted the services of a third party safety consulting firm, East Coast Risk Management (ECRM)
     

  • Maintain a comprehensive safety program compliant with Veriforce guidelines
     

  • Ensure employees receive additional safety training including but not limited to: OSHA 10 Hour, OSHA 30 Hour, etc.
     

  • Conduct monthly safety committee meetings
     

  • Unannounced site safety inspections are conducted by a third party as well as safety committee members, Ohio BWC and insurance carriers
     

  • Hold onsite toolbox safety talks
     

  • Maintain a drug free workplace program
     

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections
     

  • Quarterly Safety meeting
